Return Policy

1. Introduction

This Return Policy describes your right of withdrawal and our procedures for returns and refunds when you purchase products from Cholmarewhrexxon. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and complies with Danish consumer law (Forbrugerbeskyttelsesloven) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

3. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are purchasing for purposes outside your trade, business, or profession), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Return Shipment

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or the goods were supplied in error or were defective. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and retaining proof of posting. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit during return.

Please return the goods in their original packaging where possible, securely packed to prevent damage. Include your order number and contact details with the return. Send the goods to:

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

For food supplements and similar products, the right of withdrawal typically applies provided the goods are returned in their original, unopened packaging. Once packaging is opened, we may refuse withdrawal if the product cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before returning.

7. Defective or Incorrect Goods

If you receive defective goods or goods that do not match your order, you are entitled to a remedy under Danish consumer law (repairement, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal). Please contact us immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) photographs. We will arrange for return at our expense and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Processing of Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods and have verified that the return conditions are met, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

10. Non-Consumers

If you are purchasing in the course of your trade, business, or profession, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns may be accepted at our discretion and subject to separate agreement. Please contact us to discuss.
