4. Orders and Contract Formation

By submitting an order through our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the products. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cancel your order, we will refund any payment already made.

Prices are displayed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g. free shipping above a certain order value). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We typically ship within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Delivery within Denmark usually takes 2–5 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Danish consumer law (Forbrugerbeskyttelsesloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. You do not need to give a reason.
